Let’s celebrate Analogue Spheres’ 100th post by posting great visuals for YAST’s “Stupid”, which is a wonderful lo-fi indie-rock track, as mentioned earlier here on AS. The video was directed by Victor Claeson and you can watch the result above. YAST’s forthcoming debut album will be out in early 2013 through Adrian Recordings and Double Sun.
Here’s another wonderful lo-fi indie-rock track by Sweden’s finest, YAST. Dreampop in one way and stellar guitar sounds in another way make me feel like summer’s just arrived (however the reality is far from this). Anyway, be sure to stream the third single by YAST, which includes “Stupid” and its b-side “Sick” below. Their long-awaited debut album is set to be released in January.
As you can read right here, the town of Sandviken somewhere in Sweden is a small and sleepy town, with a great musical history. Right from that place comes YAST, another brilliant pop outfit. Discover it yourself by hearing the superb track entitled “Strangelife“ below, the second single ever by the five-headed “lo-fi romantics”.
